Always wash them separately from your other clothes and use a mild detergent eg Leather therapy wash.There are a few different products out there, so don't use a traditional leather cleaner it will dry out your leather.Only use cold water and a gentle machine wash. Always remove the pants before the last spin, this is to harsh for your breeches. Take them out and wrap them in a towel for about five minutes, this will get most of the moisture out.Apply a rinse and dressing to the leather and hang them out to dry. Always hang them in the shade not in the sun.Don't put soap or conditioners on dry leather, if you have stains, soak your breeches in cold water until thoroughly wet, then put a small amount of dish soap directly on the stain and rub gently. soak for about an hour.
After an hour, rinse thoroughly and finish off with a towel dry. Add your conditioner to the leather, then hang them out to dry remember not in the sun.
By doing this process your breeches will stay looking good and last a lot longer.
