Usually speedball type games last only minutes. Capture the flag can last anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour, depending on the amount of people and how they play. The ones that last days are typically scenario paintball games.

Paintball is perfect since it combines the thrills and adrenaline rush of extreme sports. The game is fairly inexpensive and doesn't cause much trouble nor physical damage.
